Be sincere with yourself answering the se questions, try to feel the answer inside yourself.
1. How do you treat your self every time you have done something? Whether you curse yourself or praise?
2. Whether you criticise and judge other people? If “yes” than you criticise and judge also yourself.
3. Whether you speak your negative emotions out?
4. Whether you accept your flaws?
5. Whether you compare yourself with others?
